Moving in the machine

We will deliver the machine to you, unpack it and move it to your designated place.

Basic machine setup and start-up

After moving in, we will completely prepare the machine for its first start-up, so that you can work and train on it.

Operator training

Comprehensive training with explanation and demonstration of all machine options. Practical demonstrations, and tests according to customer instructions.

Warranty and post-warranty service

The machines are covered by a standard 1 year warranty. Our technicians are available online. Service intervention within 48h. In the case of out-of-warranty repairs, everything follows the standard service price list.

Retraining

On request, we are able to train new employees to operate the machine within a short period of time.
